By using DealtIn™ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use DealtIn™. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
DealtIn™ is a community app and performance toolkit built to support neurodivergent poker players, and open to everyone who wants a more intentional, lower-stress game. We provide tools for session tracking, sensory management, and community discussion. We believe that an intentional, low-stress approach to poker benefits all players, and we welcome anyone looking to improve their mental game through our structure. We are not a gambling platform - no money changes hands through DealtIn™.
During our founding-member closed test, DealtIn™ is free for founding members taking part. When we launch publicly, the app stays free to download and includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, an active subscription is required to add and edit your data. Without a subscription, you can still view, export, and delete your own data.
After the free trial, the subscription is $7.99/mo or $59.99/yr. There's no obligation to subscribe when the trial or test ends. Founding members who choose to continue after public launch keep 50% off the annual plan for life: $29.99/yr instead of $59.99.
You can cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for. There are no long-term commitments. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store's account settings.
If we lock or terminate your account for violating these terms, the same deletion timeline applies to your data, and we'll give you a chance to export your own data first where we reasonably can.
You own your content. By posting to the community, you grant DealtIn™ a license to display it within the app. You can delete your posts at any time. When you delete your account, your content is removed as part of that process, on the same timeline described under Account Deletion.
DealtIn™'s tools (grounding exercises, sensory coping suggestions, check-ins) are wellness aids, not medical treatment. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline.
We built DealtIn™ to be in your corner when you're at the table, and we do everything we can to keep the app running smoothly 24/7. However, just like players need breaks, technology sometimes needs a moment to recharge, update, or undergo maintenance.
While we can't promise 100% uninterrupted uptime, we promise to do our best to schedule planned updates during quiet hours and give you a heads-up whenever possible. If an unexpected glitch happens, please know our team is on it, working to get your toolkit back in your hands as quickly as we can.
We provide DealtIn™ as is, and we do our best to keep it accurate and available. Even so, we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, DealtIn™ is not liable for losses that result from using, or being unable to use, the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be waived.
Canceling or ending a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you stop paying, your account and your data stay with you, and you can still view, export, and delete your own data whenever you want.
When you are ready to delete your whole account, you can request it anytime from your profile. After you request deletion, there is a 45-day period during which you can change your mind. To undo a deletion during that time, just email support@dealtin.app. When the 45 days are over, your account and all data linked to it are permanently deleted.
